SPCP Approved Supplier Guidelines: Please read

• In consideration of the SPCP members who remain in good ethical standing, the SPCP will not permit the sale or advertising of products offered by , on behalf of, or manufactured by persons who have been removed from, or are ineligible for SPCP membership based on the SPCP Code of Ethics.

• All pigments advertised for sale must be in compliance with the SPCP Pigment Guidelines.

• Pigments, anesthetics, or removal products must be on the market not less than two years prior to being offered for sale through SPCP events or advertising.

• Supplier must certify that they have proof of sterilization of needles and other supplies sold as sterile; that there is no lead in needle solder, and that there are appropriate sterility indicators present in/on packaging appropriate for the type of sterilization.

• Products that are normally used outside the scope of practice for permanent cosmetics technicians such as skin care products, lash tints, etc., should be sold with disclosure to the purchaser that they are responsible to be sure the use of this product falls within their scope of license(s) or other designations in their state or locality. This information must be provided in print with the sales of these items.

• Approved Suppliers must read and abide by the SPCP Code of Ethics. Failure to do so may result in SPCP Approved Supplier cancelation and no refund applied.

• The use of a website link to the SPCP website, the SPCP Approved Supplier will agree to indemnify and hold harmless the SPCP from any loss and expense as a result of any claim or loss arising from my website link.

• SPCP approved suppliers will have available Safety Data Sheets for pigments, anesthetics, and removal products and will not advertise unlabeled products through SPCP print materials or the website.

• SPCP Approved Suppliers will agree to provide products and product literature including any written instructions to the SPCP upon request.

• If applicable; SPCP Approved Suppliers must read and abide by ALL the SPCP GUIDELINES FOR APPROVED SUPPLIER

• SPCP Approved Supplier fees are non-refundable.
